What do cheetahs eat?

Cheetahs prey mainly on smaller and medium sized antelope such as steenbok, duikers and impalas and also the young of larger antelope. Warthogs, hares and ground roosting birds and even ostriches feature prominently in their diet. In the Kruger Park impalas make up 45% of their diet.
